Thrilling eh – so long 2012…LL
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 2,300 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 4 years to get that many views.
And, of course, within the page views are represented many silent lurkers too. So, cheers for the blog Gaz, I like the weekly blow by blow account of a life of heroic and herculean research attempt (on a more virtual mountain plain). It gives weekly cheer and amusement to my own much smaller attempts.

Thanks Isabel, appreciate that! There are moments when I do wonder if this blog can tend to be bit self aggrandising, but if it amuses/informs someone once in a while, I must be doing something right
